Loop Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Loop. By creating an account, signing in, or using Loop, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse
Loop has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, send, request, promote, or distribute content involving harassment, bullying, threats, hate, exploitation, sexual abuse, non-consensual intimate material, graphic violence, illegal activity, impersonation, spam, or conduct that endangers another person.
Loop may remove violating content, restrict features, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and contact appropriate authorities when necessary to protect users or comply with law.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Loop. Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of photos, videos, messages, comments, and other content you create. You grant Loop a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service and to fulfill the sharing choices you make.
Only upload content you have the right to share. Respect the privacy, intellectual property, and personal rights of others.
3. Reporting, blocking, and moderation
Use the Report option on content or conversations to flag suspected violations. Use Block User to stop unwanted interaction. Loop reviews reports and may remove content or accounts without advance notice when reasonably necessary. Knowingly false or abusive reports are prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with Loop, attempt unauthorized access, scrape user information, evade security controls, distribute malware, manipulate engagement, or use Loop to violate any law. Do not attempt to access clear media that Loop has restricted to authorized users.
5. Loop+ subscription
Loop+ is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. The current price is displayed before purchase and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple ID after confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple account subscription settings. Purchases and refunds are also subject to Apple’s terms.
6. Service changes and termination
Loop may change, suspend, or discontinue features. You may stop using Loop or delete your account in the app. Loop may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, safety risks, fraud, or legal requirements.
7. Disclaimers and responsibility
Loop is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Loop is not responsible for user conduct or content, but will take reasonable steps to respond to valid safety and legal concerns.
